
Cynthia Inda, JD, is a Senior Deputy County Counsel for the County of Orange, where she advises on employment and public agency matters. A first-generation college graduate, Cynthia began her academic journey at her local community college before transferring to Harvard University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, serving as Executive Editor of the Stanford Law Review. Following college, Cynthia taught high school in a maximum-security facility for juvenile offenders before being selected as one of eleven Coro Fellows in Public Affairs in Los Angeles. She later served as a victim advocate in her hometown District Attorney’s Office, practiced law at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, and worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Los Angeles County. Her career has consistently reflected a deep commitment to public service and community impact. Inspired by the organization’s mission to preserve Mexican folklórico traditions and cultivate youth who embody teamwork, dedication, and respect for heritage, Cynthia is honored to support RDC’s continued growth and service to families throughout the community.
